Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Relivo account at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

Open the Relivo app and go to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.

What Happens After Deletion?

After your request is confirmed:

Your profile will be removed.
Your listings will no longer be visible.
Your messages and account information will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policy.

Deletion Timeframe

Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or to help prevent fraud and abuse.
