These Terms of Service are between you and Jia Chen Trading Ltd ("Relivo", "we", "us"), a company registered in New Zealand (14 Dickey Street, New Windsor, Auckland 0600, New Zealand), operator of the Relivo mobile app.
By creating an account or using Relivo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, your account security, and all activities conducted through your account.
Users must not list illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, hazardous materials, stolen property, live animals, adult content, or any items prohibited by New Zealand or Australian law.
Buyers and sellers should communicate respectfully, complete transactions honestly, and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Relivo provides a marketplace platform only and is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, or take title to any item listed, and we do not process payments — buyers and sellers arrange payment and handover directly between themselves. Relivo is not responsible for disputes, product quality, payments, or agreements made between users, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law.
