Relivo is operated by Jia Chen Trading Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand (14 Dickey Street, New Windsor, Auckland 0600, New Zealand). This Privacy Policy applies to the Relivo mobile app and to users in New Zealand, Australia, and anywhere else the app is available.
We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile information, listings, messages, and uploaded photos to provide Relivo's marketplace services.
Your information is used to create your account, publish listings, enable messaging, improve our AI-powered features, and provide customer support. When you use the AI-assisted listing feature, the photo(s) you provide are sent to Google's Gemini AI service to generate a suggested title, description, and price — you always review and can edit this content before publishing.
Relivo may request access to your camera, photo library and location to help you create listings and discover nearby items.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse. Relivo does not process in-app payments and does not collect or store bank account numbers, credit card details, or other payment credentials.
You may update your profile information or request deletion of your account at any time through the Relivo app (Profile > Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account), or via our Delete Account page.
